2018 Undergraduate Leadership Conference

Greetings Brothers,kappa-kane

We are excited about your participation in the 2018 Eastern Province Undergraduate Leadership Conference (ULC) that will take place February 9-11, 2018 in Salisbury, MD. The theme for this year’s conference is “TBD” The ULC will be a highly structured and intense two-day leadership experience designed to increase your ability to lead in the fraternity, on campus, in the community, and in your professions. During this weekend, you will develop skills to help manage your chapters, personal brands, and career while learning to understand and appreciate a variety of leadership styles.

We believe that this year’s ULC will offer you and your chapter brother’s important tools to help in constructing a stronger chapter, stronger relationships with alumni, stronger bonds and partnerships with the community and campus, resulting in a stronger fraternity. Many of the presentations will allow you to improve the operating efficiency and effectiveness of your chapters while strengthening relationships between undergraduate chapters within the Province. By the end of the conference, the vision, objectives, and direction of programs on the Provincial and National Levels will be clarified and you will have the understandings necessary to carry them out efficiently and successfully. Under the leadership of our Junior Province Vice Polemarch, Devin Dixon, we will be actively “Training for Leadership”; while the curriculum will be intense and aggressive; it will be highly effective!

The February 2nd, 2018 deadline to register and make hotel reservations is quickly approaching, so please visit the Eastern Province website to do so.
