1. Committee Membership
• Forms for Committee Membership are attached for Chapter Polemarchs and Undergraduate Chapter Advisors. One committee member per chapter.
• Forms must be returned or e-mail notification to the Chairman no later than December 31, 2008.
2. Standards and Criteria
• Petitions are attached and will be distributed to Chapter Polemarchs and Undergraduate Chapter Advisors
• Postmark deadline for Petitions: February 4, 2009
3. Undergraduate Awards
• All petitions for academic awards must have raised University Seal
• Howard L. Tutman, Jr. Undergraduate Service Award (See under Individual Awards)
• Monetary Individual Awards (See James Overton Academic Achievement Award) 1st Place $1,000
4. Achievement and Awards Committee Meeting
• Committee meeting is scheduled for February 14, 2009 at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond
