Deputy Executive Director Reaches Milestone At International Headquarters

(Philadelphia, PA), September 2008 – Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is proud to acknowledge the tenth anniversary of its Deputy Executive Director, Spencer T. Bruce. Brother Bruce was the first employee hired by Executive Director, Richard Lee Snow. He began his career at International Headquarters on August 24, 1998, relocating from the Atlanta area. Said Snow, “The addition of Brother Bruce as Chief of Staff has probably been the single most important step in strengthening our membership services at IHQ. We are extremely fortunate to have him as part of our Team.”

Brother Bruce has put his personal stamp on the operations of our International Headquarters, demanding top service to our membership and leading by example with his tireless work ethic. He has also played an integral role in reinventing the look of our official manuals and documents, as well as registering our trademarks and bringing a noticeable consistency to our overall operations.

Grand Polemarch, Dwayne M. Murray, Esquire released this official statement saying, “The members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. are proud to recognize the tenure of Brother Spencer T. Bruce. We appreciate all he has done during his time with us and we appropriately honor his ten years of extraordinary service.”

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is an international organization founded on the campus of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana on January 5, 1911. Since its inception, it has trained over 125,000 men, particularly undergraduates, for leadership roles in their communities and the attainment of a high degree of excellence in their academic pursuits. The International Headquarters is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
