Emerging Leaders Program(ELP)

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is seeking candidates for it’s Emerging Leaders Program(ELP).  Qualified candidates must have a graduate degree, demonstrate capacity for leadership, potential for professional growth and development, and a keen interest in analysis and management of policies and programs.  The deadline to complete an application for the program is midnight March 1, annually.

The Emerging Leaders Program is a competitive two-year, paid, federal internship.  For further information about the program go to
