2008 Officers Workshop Registration Details

The following chapter officers are required to attend the Eastern Province Officers Workshop on August 23, 2008:

Polemarch
Vice Polemarch
Keeper of Records
Keeper of the Exchequer
MOIP Coordinator
Chapter Advisor

The workshop will be held at the Crown Plaza Richmond West, 6531West Broad Street, Richmond VA 23230 (phone number is 804-285-9951). This is a one day workshop.  However, some Brothers may want to stay overnight due to the workshop starting at 8:00 am or to attend the Province Board meeting on August 22, 2008 starting at 7 pm. 

IMPORTANT:  (IF YOU PLAN TO STAY OVERNIGHT)

* WE NEED TO KNOW ASAP SO WE CAN INFORM THE HOTEL NOT LATER THAN AUGUST 1, 2008. (Please send this information to Brother Crutchfield at and Brother Steven Hairston at .)
* All room reservations must be made on or before Friday, August 8, 2008.  Call the hotel at 804-285-9951 or 877-531-2699 and ask for the Kappa Alpha Psi group rate.
* The room rate is $85.00 per room. Brothers are asked to check-in by 6:00 pm.

Each Brother attending the workshop is asked to pay a $35.00 registration fee to cover hospitality on Friday, lunch on Saturday, and other incidentals. PLEASE NOTE:  Dress for the Board meeting is coat and tie.  Attire for the workshop is Kappa Kasual.
