Chapter Officers Report

Brothers,
Please do not forget to submit your chapter’s Officers Report to the following no later than June 30, 2008.

1 copy to Executive Director, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
1 copy to Eastern Province Polemarch
1 copy to Eastern Province Keeper of Records
1 copy for your chapter files

You will incur a $25 fine from International Headquarters if you do not comply with this deadline.  Please type the required information.  The form may allow you to print, but the information cannot be read if you print it.  And, more importantly, it does not look professional.

This year, Brothers, let’s strive to have 100% of the Officers Reports from the Eastern Province on or before June 30th.  Your cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated.  If you have any questions concerning this action, please do not hesitate to contact me.
