The Petersburg (VA) Alumni Chapter and the Virginia State University Chapter, The Alpha Phi of Kappa Alpha Psi (E) are hosting the 2010 Eastern Province Council on April 22-25, 2010 at the Richmond Marriott in Richmond, VA. To commemorate this historic occasion, the Chapter will publish a souvenir book.

The theme for the 2010 Eastern Province Council is “ONE KAPPA: Creating Inspiration…A Call to Service.” Please help to make this occasion a grand affair and one to remember by placing an advertisement in the souvenir booklet. You may purchase an ad for your chapter, business, or other organization. You may also have your name listed among the patrons.
