**The I.W.E. Taylor Banquet - May 1, 2010**

Brothers,

Thank you for all of the support and guidance that you offer to the members of the undergraduate constituency of the this great Fraternity.  The Collegiate members have been planning the I.W.E. Taylor Charity Awards Banquet for nearly a year, and it is finally upon us.  We are excited and honored to announce that the SR. GRAND VICE POLEMARCH, WILLIAM RANDY BATES ESQ will be Guest Speaker for this historic event.  With that said, the members of the Greek Letter Chapters need the support of ALL of the Eastern Province in the coming weeks.  Please see the attached document and forward it to the members of your chapter and the local business community.  This is our answer to the 31st Administration’s and our Province Polemarch’s “Call to Service”!!

The I.W.E. Taylor Banquet will give the Collegiate members of the Eastern Province the chance to honor the Alumni members of the Province for all of the help, guidance, and brotherhood that you offer to the young men of our fraternity.  Most importantly, we hope to raise $25,000.00 for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Brothers, this is the tangible and visual manifestation of “Training for Leadership”, and who better to set the pace for all of collegiate Kappa then the young men of the FLAGSHIP PROVINCE!?

To my knowledge an event like this has NEVER been attempted on the collegiate level and we are well aware that this event will not be a success without the support and guidance of ALL of the members of the Eastern Province.  I have attached the Information/SPONSORSHIP material to this message for your review and so that you can forward it to ALL of the members of your chapters, your sands, line brothers, and anyone else who you think will support this event.  Please reserve Saturday, May 1, 2010 and join the Eastern Province Collegiate Chapters for the I.W.E.
