1st Annual H.O.O.P.S. Charity Basketball Tournament
Greetings Brothers All,
In lieu of our 80th Grand Chapter Meeting in July, the undergraduate members of Kappa Alpha Psi present the 1st Annual H.O.O.P.S. (Helping Outstanding Outcomes at Piney Woods School) Charity Basketball Tournament for Piney Woods School. This is an opportunity for your province, chapter, or associated businesses/organization to sponsor this philanthropic endeavor in the name of Kappa Alpha Psi. Our ultimate goal is to mobilize financial support, primarily through a national basketball tournament taking place at Conclave starring our own collegiate brothers, for Piney Woods School. We additionally envision encouraging more collegiate brothers to register for Conclave. We have worked diligently with the Grand Board, IHQ, the 2010-2011 JVPs, the 2011-2012 JVPs, the 80th Grand Chapter Planning Committee, and the various membership throughout the nation to ensure the success of this event. Now is the time to support and do a good work supporting Piney Woods School! We seek your assistance, guidance and ultimately full support in the success of this endeavor.
Please forward this on to your constituents, as well as consider a generous sponsorship or donation (in any amount) yourself.

Message from the Grand Polemarch: Centennial MOIP Program
Brothers,
I trust that you continue to enjoy the year-long celebration of our Centennial. I was so proud to stand on the campus of Indiana University, our birthplace, on January 5, 2011 to ring in the Second Century of Kappa. I was equally proud to see over 1300 Brothers gather for our Centennial Founders’ Day Celebration in Philadelphia on January 8, 2011.
As we prepare for Indianapolis in July, I wanted to remind you of the special Membership Orientation and Intake Program we are planning. On Tuesday, July 5th, we are anticipating 100 individuals to participate in the historic journey of being initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi in Indianapolis.
